Challenge
The company observed a growing need to support CBT therapists in continuing their professional development.
This shift created an urgent need for a centralised learning platform to support therapists in enhancing clinical practice skills and fulfilling Continued Professional Development requirements.
Solution
Designed and developed 'The Hub', a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) that housed digital learning content.
Content included engaging, interactive courses, packaged as SCORMs. Offers included live CPD events and recordings of clinical skills sessions. .
Key design elements
Developed interactive e-learning courses using Adapt authoring tool with accordions, chat-bots, assessments, confidence sliders, and pop-ups
Created custom graphics with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Produced educational videos using Camtasia
Utilised PowerPoint for storyboarding
Implemented custom CSS classes aligned with branding guidelines
Results
Transformed therapist learning from static PDFs and scattered resources to a comprehensive, user-friendly platform
Significantly improved resource accessibility and training record-keeping
Received overwhelmingly positive feedback from clinicians, noting improved patient care and professional development
